Add Free Items to Orders

You can now add free items directly to backer orders in the Pledge Manager - one of the most requested updates from creators.

This makes it easier to reward and recognize specific groups of backers, like early supporters, newsletter subscribers, or repeat backers.

How it works
Filter your Backer Report by one or more email addresses, select the item you’d like to assign, and we’ll automatically add it to those backers’ orders.

What backers see
Free items will appear in checkout, so backers can clearly see everything included in their order.

Tracking & fulfillment
Added items are reflected in your Backer Report and fulfillment exports, so everything stays organized in one place.

This update removes a key friction point, giving you more flexibility to thank your backers and tailor rewards post-campaign.
