Editable Pledge Manager Settings

We’ve made one of our most requested updates to the Pledge Manager: you can now edit key settings even after it’s live.

This gives you more flexibility to adjust, fix, and refine your setup as your project evolves—without disrupting your backers.

What you can update
Once your Pledge Manager is live, you can now make changes to:

• Welcome message
  Update the message your backers see when they enter the Pledge Manager.
• Rewards & add-ons:
  • Add new rewards or add-ons using existing items
  • Edit items with no backers
  • For items already selected, you can adjust:
    
    • Availability for upgrades
    • Total quantity
    • Per-backer limits
• Shipping settings
  • For flat-rate shipping:
    • Update costs
    • Edit available countries (including “Rest of World”)
  • For weight-based shipping:
    • Adjust item weights
    • Update shipping tables and costs
    • Edit available countries (including “Rest of World”)

What this means for backers: Pricing changes only apply to future backers. Anyone who’s already completed the Pledge Manager won’t be charged more.

Track changes: You’ll also see a version history, so you can keep track of updates over time.
