View Pledge Manager Settings After Launch

Creators can now view their Pledge Manager settings after launch. A new settings button gives read-only access to key details like shipping rates, tax codes, and reward pricing, making it easier to answer backer questions and troubleshoot issues without contacting support.

Editing these settings isn’t available yet and will be supported in a future update.

After your Pledge Manager has launched, you will be able to view the information added to each section of your pledge manager by clicking the “Settings” button.

Within this page, the creator can now review five key pledge manager settings pages:

• Welcome message
• Configure rewards & add-ons
• Create survey
• Finalize shipping costs
• Add tax information for your items
