Edit Survey Responses After Checkout

We’re continuing to expand the flexibility of the Pledge Manager to better support complex campaign needs and evolving backer expectations.

Starting today, if configured by creators, backers can edit their survey responses after they’ve submitted their Pledge Manager checkout, giving creators and backers more flexibility while keeping fulfillment data accurate and up to date.

What's new

Backers can now update their responses to Item, Reward, and Backer questions after submitting their Pledge Manager checkout, if enabled by the creator.

This helps ensure that last-minute changes or corrections can be captured without manual workarounds.

Creator controls

Creators can choose whether backers can edit their responses, and for how long. Options include:

• Enable or disable response editing
• Set an automatic end time for edits, or close editing manually

This setting is available for:

• All new Pledge Managers launched from today
• Existing Pledge Managers, updated via the Settings tab
